  • Dresses must be returned in brand-new condition, free from stains, perfume, or alterations.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry/dresses.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings for pierced ears).

3. Refund Options

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or wallet balance).

  • Customers may also choose store credit or an exchange.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within the return window.

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

  4. Ship it back to the address provided by our team.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
